What is crimpnology?

Crimpnology (krimp nol uh gee — Noun) refers to the technology of industrial hose crimping: the integrated design of every fitting, coupling, ferrule and sleeve as well as the crimp procedures, crimp specifications, and crimp training and support. Hoses will also undergo hydrostatic testing and certification & tagging.

What is hydrostatic testing?

Hydrostatic testing is a rigorous testing process that ensures that the hose is completely free of leaks and defects and able to safely withstand the pressure and demands that will be placed on it.

What capabilities do you offer for hydraulic hoses?

We can produce hydraulic hoses ranging in diameter from 1/4’’ to 2’’ in-house and offer both single and double braided hoses. We have over 500 different end fittings and over 1,000 different adapters in stock. Fittings are available in Imperial, British, or Metric systems. Our hydraulic hoses also have approval from all major agencies and are included in our state-of-the-art, on-site crimping program.

What welding services does Gopher offer?

Gopher is an authorized Miller distributor and service center. We supply MIG welders, TIG welders, Sub Arc, Plasma Cutting, Gas Cutting, and more. We also supply related equipment such as supply consumables, filler metals, power sources, pipe fittings, and alignment tools. Our welding experts can assist with product questions, repairs, and other maintenance and servicing.
